Content Policy

durs.ai is for putting yourself — and people who've said yes — into fun, creative scenes. These rules apply to everything you upload, create and share.

Faces and consent

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who've given you permission.
• No public figures, celebrities or politicians — even as a joke.
• No photos of anyone under 18, for any template.
• Don't create content that makes it look like a real person said or did something they didn't, in a way that could mislead or harm them.

Not allowed

• Sexual or nude content of any kind.
• Anything sexualising or endangering minors — this is reported to the authorities.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that demeans people for who they are.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or glorifying real violence.
• Scams, impersonation, fake news footage, or content designed to deceive.
• Anything illegal where you or the people pictured live.

Sharing to Community

• Sharing publishes your prompt and settings along with the result (not your reference photos). Only share if the people in the result agree to be shown publicly.
• “Remix” copies someone's prompt and settings — never their photos. Use your own.
• “Regenerate” re-makes a shared creation with its creator's photos and music (unless they unticked it when sharing), always with their exact prompt. Untick it if anyone in your photos wouldn't agree. Don't download, re-post or edit someone's regenerated likeness to harass, sexualise or impersonate them.

Music and copyright

• Only upload music you own or are licensed to use.
• For trending sounds, add the sound inside TikTok, Instagram or YouTube when you post — their libraries are licensed for that.
• Rights holders can send takedown requests to [email protected].

Posting elsewhere

Many platforms require AI-generated content to be labelled. Please follow their rules when you share your creations.

Reporting and enforcement

Anyone signed in can report a Community item with ⚑ Report. Items reported by several people are hidden until our team reviews them. Depending on severity we may remove content, block it from being re-shared, remove credits, or suspend accounts. The AI providers we use also run their own safety filters and may refuse requests — your credits are returned when they do.
