Privacy Policy

This policy explains what durs.ai collects, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. Entertainment Technology Advancement Portal LLC (Энтертайнмент Технологи Адвенсмент Портал ХХК) is responsible for your data. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and your Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• What you upload: photos (which usually show faces) and audio.
• What you create: prompts, settings, and the resulting videos and images.
• Credits: your balance and a history of credits added and spent.
• Security data: the network (IP) address you signed up from, and sign-in attempt counts — used to stop abuse and free-credit farming.

Why we use it

• To create the videos and images you ask for — that's the core of the service.
• To run your account: sign-in, email confirmation, password resets, credits.
• To keep the service safe: preventing fraud and abuse, and reviewing reported content.

We don't sell your data, use your photos to train AI models, or show you third-party advertising.

Who receives it

Only the providers needed to run durs.ai:

• BytePlus ModelArk (ByteDance) — Generates photos (Seedream) and videos (Seedance). Receives: Prompts, uploaded photos, uploaded audio.
• Higgsfield — Generates videos (Seedance 2.5). Receives: Prompts, uploaded photos, uploaded audio.
• MiniMax — Generates videos (MiniMax H3). Receives: Prompts, uploaded photos, uploaded audio.
• Render — Hosts the website, database and stored files. Receives: All account data and files.
• Resend (or your SMTP provider) — Sends account emails. Receives: Email address, name.
• Google (only if you sign in with Google) — Sign-in. Receives: Name, email, profile picture.

AI providers receive your photos, audio and prompt only to generate your request, under their own terms and safety policies. Some of them are located outside your country, including in Asia and the United States.

Community sharing

If you share a creation to Community, anyone can see that video or image together with the prompt and settings used to make it. You're shown exactly this before you share. Shared creations can also be featured elsewhere on durs.ai— for example as the picture on the template's card on the home page — until you make them private. Shared creations show your public durs.ai username (randomly generated at sign-up; you can change it in Account settings) and link to your public page listing your shared creations. Your reference photos, uploaded music, name and email are never shown. The share screen includes the option “Anyone can regenerate this with my photos (and music)”, which is switched on unless you untick it: while it's on, a signed-in member can have that exact creation (same prompt, unedited) made again for themselves, which sends your reference photos and music to our AI provider for their render and keeps a private copy in their account. With it off, nobody can use your reference photos or music in their own creations. Regenerated copies can't be shared to Community. Turning the option off, or making the item private, stops new regenerations right away; copies already made stay with the people who made them. Making it private again removes all of it from public view. Creations shared before this feature stay media-only unless you share them again.

Prompt library

Prompts you add to the prompt library are private to your account unless you choose to share them to the public library. A shared prompt — its title, text and tags — can be seen and used by anyone, together with your public durs.ai username. You can make it private again or delete it at any time; copies other members already saved to their own prompts stay with them.

Invites, daily bonus and reminders

If you join through a friend's invite link, we record who invited you so we can give you both the invite credits. Your friend only sees how many people joined through their link and how many credits they earned — never your name or email. Daily reminders are off unless you turn them on; they're sent as notifications to your browser or phone, and you can turn them off at any time on the Free credits page or in your device's settings.

Visit statistics

We count visits to understand how durs.ai is used, without cookies and without tracking you: each visit is counted with a code made from your network address and browser that changes every day, so we can't recognise you from one day to the next or identify you. Your network address itself isn't stored for this. We record only the page, the day, and the website or campaign you came from. These counts are kept for up to 400 days.

How long we keep it

• Your uploads and creations stay until you delete them or your account.
• When you delete a creation, its file is removed straight away; a small record remains so your credit history stays accurate.
• Deleting your account removes your profile, creations, uploads and credit history.
• Backups are kept for a limited period and then overwritten.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies — to keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete your data, and to object to certain uses. You can change your name and password and delete your account yourself in Account settings; for anything else, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

durs.ai is for people aged 18 and over, and photos of children may not be uploaded.

Security

Passwords are hashed, email and reset links are single-use and stored only as hashes, files are private to your account unless you share them (authorised durs.ai staff can open them only for moderation, safety reports, support and refunds), and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
