Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Entertainment Technology Advancement Portal LLC (Энтертайнмент Технологи Адвенсмент Портал ХХК) (“we”, “us”) about your use of durs.ai, a service that turns your photos, prompts and music into AI-generated videos and images. By creating an account or using durs.ai, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Content Policy.

1. Who can use durs.ai

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account — accounts created to collect extra free credits may be suspended.

2. Your uploads and consent

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to use their likeness this way.
• You may not upload photos of children, or of public figures or anyone else without their consent.
• You may only upload music or audio you own or are licensed to use.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to our AI providers solely to create what you ask for.

3. What you create

As between you and us, you own the videos and images you create, subject to these terms and the rights of anyone pictured or heard in them. AI output can be imperfect, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other people. You're responsible for how you use and share what you create, including labelling it as AI-generated where a platform requires it.

4. Community

Sharing a creation to Community makes it visible to anyone, together with your full prompt and your settings — so others can learn from it and reuse the settings with their own photos. Shared creations show your public durs.ai username (which you can change) and link to your public page listing everything you've shared. Your reference photos, any music you uploaded, your name and your email are not shown. The share screen's option “Anyone can regenerate this with my photos (and music)” is on unless you untick it. While it's on, you allow any member to have that creation made again for themselves with your reference photos, your music and your exact, unedited prompt; they pay for it, it stays private to them and it can't be re-shared to Community. You confirm everyone in those photos agrees to this, and that you have the rights to let others use that music this way. With it off, nobody can use your reference photos or music in their own creations. You can turn it off, or make the item private, at any time — that stops new regenerations but doesn't remove copies already made. Only share photos of people who agree to be shown publicly. You can make an item private again at any time, which removes it and its photos from Community. Items shared before full sharing was introduced stay media-only unless you share them again. We may remove shared items that break our Content Policy.

5. Credits

• New accounts receive 20000 free welcome credits — one per person; we may withhold them where accounts appear duplicated.
• The price of each creation depends on the model, length and quality you choose, and is shown on the Generate button before you create. The price shown at the moment you generate applies.
• Credits are charged when a render starts and returned automatically if it fails. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and aren't refundable except as the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use durs.ai to break the law, to harm or deceive people, or to get around our limits and safety systems. The full list is in the Content Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content, without refunding credits spent on it.

7. Third-party AI providers

Creations are made by third-party models (currently from ByteDance/BytePlus, Higgsfield and MiniMax). Those providers have their own safety filters and may refuse a request; when that happens, your credits are returned.

8. The service

durs.ai is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your files safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Download anything you want to keep.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings — that permanently removes your creations, uploads and remaining credits. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; if the change is significant we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Questions: [email protected].
