Creator Terms

These terms apply when you publish templates on durs.ai through Creator Studio. They add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Content Policy, which also apply.

Who can be a creator

• You must be at least 18 and have a durs.ai account in good standing.
• To receive money you must give your real legal name, register number and a bank account in your own name.

Your content

• Only submit videos, pictures, prompts and music that you made or have the rights to use commercially.
• Everyone who can be recognised in your content must have agreed to it being used as a template. No public figures, no minors.
• Don't copy other creators' templates or other platforms' content.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Entertainment Technology Advancement Portal LLC (Энтертайнмент Технологи Адвенсмент Портал ХХК) a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show, store and process it and to let members create with it on durs.ai, for as long as the template is published and as needed afterwards for creations already made.

Review and removal

• Every template is reviewed before it goes public. We may approve, reject or ask for changes, and we decide where templates appear.
• We may hide or remove a template at any time — for example after a rights or consent complaint, reports from members, or poor quality.
• If a template is removed for breaking these rules, earnings from it that haven't been paid may be cancelled.

How you earn

• For each finished creation made with your published template, you earn 30% of our profit from it: what the member paid minus our cost of making it.
• You earn only on the part paid with purchased credits — not on free, bonus, daily or invite credits.
• Creations you make yourself, creations from accounts linked to you, failed or refunded creations, and anything we find to be fraud or abuse don't earn.
• Each earning is held for 3 days before you can withdraw it.

Payouts and tax

• You can request a payout once you have at least ₮50,000 available. We send it by bank transfer, usually within 3 business days.
• We withhold 10% personal income tax from each payout and pay it to the tax office on your behalf, as required in Mongolia. Any other taxes on your income are your responsibility.
• Make sure your bank details are correct — we aren't responsible for transfers to wrong details you gave us.

Changes

We may change the revenue share, holding period, minimum payout or these terms. We'll tell creators before changes take effect; earnings already made keep the terms they were made under.
